Beneficial Owner

Our service Beneficial Owner gives you access to the Swedish Companies Office's register of persons who ultimately own or control a company, association or other type of legal entity. You will get information such as as full name, social security number, type of control and extent of control as a percentage.

All limited companies and associations must register information about benefical owner to the Swedish Companies Registration Office. You can access the registry by searching for a company or person. You either enter an organization number and return a list of all beneficial owners, or enter a social security number and return a list of companies that the person is controlling. Information on beneficial owners is retrieved in real time from the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
