What does the Representative Check display?

Creditsafe’s Representative Check displays whether there exists negative economic information on any of the company’s representatives (including all board members). It's a useful tool to check the stakeholders in the company who has a direct or indirect effect on the company’s business.

Parameters checked:

  • Debts at the Swedish Enforcement Authority
  • Payment remarks
  • Distraint attempt registered/Retrieval case registered
  • Engagements in other companies with bankruptcy

The Representative Check includes:

1. Representatives living in Sweden

2. Representatives among the directors with the following functions (in Swedish):

  • Ledamot
  • Suppleant
  • Ordförande
  • Vice ordförande
  • Verkställande direktör
  • Vice verkställande direktör
  • Bolagsman
  • Kommanditdelägare
  • Komplementär
  • Innehavare
  • Ställföreträdande VD
  • Verkställande ledamot

3. Representatives among the other positions with the following functions (in Swedish):

  • Extern firmatecknare
  • Extern verkställande direktör
  • Extern vice verkställande direktör
  • Föreståndare
  • Särskild delgivningsmottagare
  • Aktuarie

The check is only available when the total number of representatives is more than one. The check does not include auditors.
