DBT stands for 'Days Beyond Terms'. This is a dollar weighted average which determines how well a company pays its bills. As DBT is a strong indicator of financial viability and statistically newer companies are more likely to suffer bankruptcy we have again broken down the average DBT of the industry by age of company.
