1. The provider of the prize draw is Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited of Bryn House, Caerphilly Business Park, Van Road, Caerphilly, CF38 3GG (Creditsafe).
2. This free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are nominated representatives of a customer of Creditsafe who:
a. receive “World Cup Wall Chart” postal mail from Creditsafe; and
b. post a picture of his/her work team and Creditsafe World Cup Wall Chart (Post) on either LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter with Creditsafe tagged in the Post, on or before the 8th July 2018 (Submission).
3. By making a Submission, the entrant agrees that he/she is authorised to share a photograph of his/her work team and has all necessary licences and permissions from his/her employer to enter into the prize draw on behalf of the organisation.
4. The prize draw will be open from 00:00 on 11/06/2018 to 23:59 on 08/07/2018 (Closing Date). In order to be eligible for entry, you must complete the Post and tag Creditsafe by the Closing Date. Any Submissions received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
5. Creditsafe will not accept responsibility for Submissions that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or incomplete, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
6. One winner will be selected from valid Submissions via a verifiably random selection process performed by a computer on 09/07/2018 (Draw). The winner will receive an order of Dominos (or similar) up to the value of £100 to a UK office location on a chosen date between 12/07/2018 and 16/08/2018, or a £100 donation to a charity of his/her choice.
7. The winner will be notified by email and telephone within 2 days of the result of the Draw and must verify his/her identity, that his/her employer has consented to receipt of the prize or the making of a donation, and must provide a postal address in order to claim the prize or details of the chosen charity. We will attempt to contact the winner for 5 days if we are not successful initially. If a winner does not respond to Creditsafe within 5 days of being notified, or is unable to provide the required information, the prize will be forfeited and Creditsafe will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. The prize draw is not open to any employees or agents of Creditsafe, their families, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
10. Creditsafe’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into on the subject matter. Creditsafe reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
11. Creditsafe reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw (at its absolute discretion) where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. Insofar as permitted by law, Creditsafe, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any other persons or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering into the prize draw or taking up the prize, except where caused by Creditsafe’s negligence, or that of its employees, agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.

14. English and Welsh law will govern the prize draw and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts in the case of any claim or dispute relating to the prize draw.
