They can help you manage risk, streamline your processes that ultimately drive your profitability and ensure that you are getting good value from our products. Our Customer Development team is the next stop on your journey. If you are a new customer, this team will get you up and on your feet so that you can become the expert and use our services confidently. An expert team member will begin with a discussion on what our services can deliver so that they have a comprehensive understanding of your wants and needs. This discussion will allow them to go through all the features and benefits of the products in your package and answer any questions that you may have to ensure that you can maximise your business opportunities. The Whats and Whys are crucial at this stage, which is why having an open forum to ask these questions is invaluable to you and your team. 

Customer Support and the Query Team

Our Customer Support and Query teams strive to give you the fastest and most efficient solutions to both customers and non-customers to ensure that you get the answer you’re looking for at any stage. The team are product specialists in their own right, having been trained by analysts across all aspects of our services, making them a valuable resource that can resolve most queries on-demand. Our goal is to respond to any questions within 24 hours. However, we are proud to say our team currently resolve questions for our Premier customers within a 57-minute average, which is a testament to the dedication our team has to get you back to working at 100% capacity.

The Help Hub is available 24 hours a day and instantly accessible via the Help widget when you’re using our products, which means that you can instantly resolve any queries without picking up the phone.
