Customers - Free International Credit Report claim
1. The provider of the free international credit report is Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited of Bryn House, Caerphilly Business Park, Van Road, Caerphilly, CF38 3GG (Creditsafe).
2. This free international credit report is open to nominated representatives of a customer of Creditsafe who:
a. have received our "Rugby World Cup" postal mail pack from Creditsafe; and
b. are one of the first 50 customers who request a free Rugby World Cup wall chart, via their Account Manager (by phone or email) or through our marketing emails.
3. The free international credit report applies to our online international credit reports only and is limited to the following countries:
- Belgium
- Denmark
- France
- Germany
- Ireland
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Norway
- Sweden
- Japan
- USA
4. The free international credit report can be used anytime up to the last day of the customer's current contract date and cannot be carried over on renewal of their existing contract. Use of the free international credit report is subject to our general terms and conditions.
5. Requests will be accepted from 00:00 on 16/09/2019. The closing date for requests will be 23:59 on 02/11/2019 (Closing Date) or the date when the 50th customer has requested a Rugby World Cup Chart (whichever date is earlier). Any requests received after the date will not be accepted.
6. Creditsafe will not accept responsibility for requests that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or incomplete, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
7. The free international credit report is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Only one international credit report per customer only.
8. Creditsafe’s decision regarding any aspect of the free international credit report claim is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into on the subject matter. Creditsafe reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the free report, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
9. Creditsafe reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the free international credit report claim (at its absolute discretion) where it considers it necessary to do so, or if circumstances arise beyond Creditsafe's control.
10. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and without notice.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
